Take a look at the products in your home. Do they have the words “toxic”, warning”, and such?
Begin to slowly remove those products that have warnings and the like. Look for products that have words like Biodegradable, non-flammable, and contain no ammonia, acids, alkalis, solvents, phosphates, chlorine, nitrates or borates. Just because a product claims to be “Green” doesn’t mean it is “Green”. You have to read the label!
